FTTK Mission Statement:

To inspire children & families to play in kitchens and gardens through healthy, happy, hands-on learning experiences.

FTTK Goal: 

Showing children the power of a seed, healthy earth, and an educated mind, the wonders of growing - from SEED TO PLATE.We show children how to plant, grow, harvest, and prepare healthy foods at our organic farm and solar powered greenhouse STEAM Lab.

FTTK is a 501c3 Nonprofit:

Our programs and farm and operate through registration fees, grants and gifts. We are grateful to our community that continues to support our initiative and programming. The Farm: 

We operate Farm Camp at Skyline Farm - 95 The Lane, N. Yarmouth, ME 04097
The farm is on a 56 acre land trust with half lush green New England forest, walking trails, and half organic farmland with:

• Greenhouse classroom and STEM Lab
  surrounded by climbing cucumbers, trellised
  tomatoes and rainbow garden

• Kids Recipe Garden with a “pickle patch,”
  “salsa garden,” “pizza garden,” “soup &
  salad garden,” and pole bean house 

• Kids PlayGarden - a hillside garden with
  slide, pole bean tunnel, sunflower forest
  and fairy garden.

The Founder & CEO Farmer: 

Stephanie McDonough has a decade of experience creating farms for kids to eat, play and learn. "Each day I am reminded of the greatness of our world and children and I am full of gratitude and passion to live, grow, and educate children on the wonderful world around us and the magic and goodness that can come from some dirt, water, love, play, and seeds!
